AdvanceCare is designed to be simple, fair, and transparent — for both customers and traders. This page explains how the platform works from start to finish, without jargon or hidden mechanics.


For Customers

1. Post a Job Request

Customers submit a job request through AdvanceCare in a few minutes.

You’ll be asked for:

  • The type of service needed
  • A brief description of the issue or work
  • Your general location
  • Your preferred timing and budget (where applicable)

Posting a request is free and carries no obligation.


2. Your Details Stay Protected

Your contact details are not publicly visible.

Only traders who actively choose to unlock your request can see your phone number or email. This prevents spam and ensures that only serious providers contact you.


3. Matched Traders View Your Request

Your request is shown only to traders who:

  • Operate in the relevant service category
  • Cover your location

Unrelated traders never see your request.


4. Traders Contact You Directly

Interested traders unlock your request and contact you directly.

You can:

  • Speak to multiple traders
  • Compare responses and quotes
  • Decide who you want to proceed with

AdvanceCare does not interfere in pricing or negotiations.


For Traders

1. Create a Trader Profile

Traders create a profile and select their service categories and coverage areas.

Your profile helps customers understand:

  • What services you provide
  • Where you operate
  • Your experience and credentials

2. View Relevant Job Requests

You can browse live job requests for free.

You will only see requests that match:

  • Your selected trade categories
  • Your service area

There is no bidding system and no ranking manipulation.


3. Choose Which Leads to Unlock

When you see a job you want:

  • You unlock the lead using credits or a one-off fee
  • Full customer contact details are revealed

You decide which opportunities are worth paying for.


4. Contact the Customer and Quote

Once unlocked, you deal directly with the customer.

You:

  • Provide your quote
  • Agree terms
  • Carry out the work

AdvanceCare takes no commission on completed jobs.


What AdvanceCare Does (and Does Not Do)

AdvanceCare:

  • Matches customers with relevant traders
  • Protects customer contact details
  • Provides a fair, pay-per-lead model

AdvanceCare does not:

  • Guarantee work
  • Employ traders
  • Set prices
  • Handle payments

Contracts are formed directly between customer and trader.
