How do I get quotes or contact tradespeople?
You post a job request. Interested traders unlock the request and contact you directly.
Do traders see my contact details immediately?
No. Your contact details are protected and only shown to traders who unlock your request.
How many traders will contact me?
This depends on demand and location. Multiple traders may unlock the same request, but in most cases, a maximum of 3 traders will see a request, unless you ask us to show the request to more traders.
Are traders vetted or verified?
Some traders choose to complete paid verification checks. Verified traders display trust badges on their profiles. We strongly encourage all traders to verify their accounts.
Can I choose which trader to work with?
Yes. You decide who to respond to and who to hire. There is no obligation.
Is my information shared publicly?
No. Your job request is visible, but your personal contact details are protected and hidden
