5. Sharing of Data Between Users
When a Customer submits a job request, relevant information may be shared with Traders.
When a Trader unlocks or accesses a lead, the Customer’s contact details may be disclosed to that Trader for the purpose of responding to the request and providing services.
This data sharing is necessary for the performance of the contract between AdvanceCare and its users.
AdvanceCare does not control how Traders use data once lawfully shared but requires it to be used only for legitimate service-related purposes.
6. Comments
If comments are enabled and you leave a comment, we collect the data shown in the comments form, along with your IP address and browser user agent string to assist with spam detection.
An anonymised hash of your email address may be provided to the Gravatar service to check for an associated profile image. Approved comments may be publicly visible.
7. Media Uploads
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images containing embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Other users may be able to download and extract this data from displayed images.
