How does AdvanceCare work for tradespeople?
You create a listing, choose your trade categories, and unlock job requests that match your services and locations.
Do I have to pay to join?
Creating a basic trader listing may be free or low-cost. Unlocking job leads is paid
What do I pay for?
You pay to:

unlock customer contact details,

access job requests,

and optionally upgrade visibility or verification.
Can multiple traders buy the same lead?
Yes. Leads are available to more than one trader unless stated otherwise.
Is there a contract or minimum spend?
No long-term contracts. You only pay when you choose to unlock a lead or upgrade.
Trust, Safety & Verification
What does “Verified Trader” mean?
A verified trader has submitted ID and trade documents which have been reviewed. Verification is a paid upgrade.
Is verification required?
No. Verification is optional but strongly recommended to build trust and improve conversions
Will verification be visible to customers?
Yes. Verified traders display badges on their profiles.
Listings & Visibility
What is a trader listing?
A listing is your public profile showing your services, location, reviews, and trust status.
What is a featured listing?
A featured listing gives increased visibility in listings and search results. It does not provide free leads.
Does featuring replace paying for leads?
No. Featured placement increases visibility only. Lead unlocks are separate.
Contact & Communication
Can customers contact traders directly from listings?
Yes — but only after choosing to reveal a trader’s contact details.
This protects traders from spam and ensures contact happens with genuine intent.
Can traders contact customers without paying?
No. Contact details are revealed only when a trader unlocks a request
Reviews & Reputation
How do reviews work?
Customers can leave reviews after work is completed. Reviews are linked to the trader’s profile.
Can traders remove bad reviews?
No. Reviews are moderated but not removed without valid reason.
